Limitation of Liability
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are sufficiently fit, physically, mentally and emotionally, to undertake all components of the class, workshop, course or service. You know of no reason why you should not participate in any form of physical exercise. Within the last six months no medical practitioner has advised you that you should not perform any physical activity. It is your responsibility to notify us of any pre-existing medical conditions in the Health Screen Form provided at registration, as well as any special assistance you may reasonably require prior to enrolment or before commencing any of the exercises contained within the class, workshop, course or service, and again if circumstances change throughout the period you are undertaking services with us. it is your responsibility to discuss fully with us any health issues.
You understand that undertaking our services involves exercise and that the body’s reaction to exercise cannot always be predicted with accuracy. Furthermore, you acknowledge that there are risks involved in performing physical activity including but not limited to musculoskeletal strains, pain and injury, and that certain abnormal changes may occur during or following exercise which may adversely affect blood pressure, cause heart attack or even death. It is your responsibility that in the event a heart condition or any other condition, which may affect your practice, you will seek advice from your medical practitioner and inform us of their advice, and that all new conditions or health issues should be discussed with us prior to any practice.
We shall not be liable for any injuries suffered, special or consequential damages that result from your participation in the classes, workshops, courses or services, events and activities offered on or through this site. It is your responsibility to practice safely and not put yourself or others at risk whilst practicing.
You agree that these terms are subject to English Law and English Court Jurisdiction.

We know your personal data is important to you, that is why your personally identifiable information is kept safe and secure.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Legally and for insurance purposes we collect personal information from you in the health consultation form at the time of registration and booking, this information is necessary in order to provide you with a service and correct care.
When booking you are obliged to provide us with your name, email address and phone number. During the health consultation you are also obliged to provide your name, address, and health details, we may ask for more information than this in order to provide a safe and beneficial service to you, but you are under no obligation to provide more.
Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds. By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
By default, WordPress does not collect any analytics data. By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. - Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints

- Set up your account for our website
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future bookings.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. This includes your name, email address and billing information.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, we use Convertkit to collect your data for the purposes of sending you emails. Convertkit Pivacy policy.
for Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
All emails and newsletters from our site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
We will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, organisation or third party.

Enrolment & Late Arrival
Class/workshop/course bookings are non transferable. For example. If the same Class/workshop/course runs on other days it is not transferable to any day other than the day booked. In the event of illness and where-ever possible we will endeavour to offer another day or session if it is available.
Late arrivals are disruptive to the rest of the class and access will close 5 minutes before the class start time. Out of respect and be fair to the rest of the group we ask that you arrive or log on, 10 minutes before the start of each class.
Missed Days & Cancellations
Missed days on courses cannot be refunded. Where-ever possible we will endeavour to offer another day or session if it is available.
Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the start of any class, and the fee paid will be refunded. If a class pass was used this will be credited back to your account.
Courses cancelled more than 21 days before the start of the course will be fully refunded.
Courses cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the course will not be refunded. They will only be refunded (minus a 10% admin fee) if you are injured/sick/pregnant and can provide a doctors note. You will only otherwise be refunded if the course is full and your place can be filled from the waiting list (minus a 10% admin fee).
Workshop and special event cancellation terms can vary from workshop to workshop, you will be informed of the cancelation policy at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel a class, workshop, course or services in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund of fees you have paid.
We reserve to right to withdraw any offer without notice.
Photographs & Videos
All online Zoom classes are recorded. Wherever possible we will ask your permission before taking photos or videos at our events, classes, courses and workshops used for promotional and marketing purposes. It is your responsibility to inform us if you do not wish to be included in these pictures, video or audio for promotional and marketing purposes.
Copyright: the entire content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, printed and other materials related to our services, events and activities are the property of us.
You are required to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner at all classes, workshop and courses. If you behave in a manner which is threatening, abusive, offensive or otherwise unacceptable, we have the right to bar you from that and all future training or services. You will remain liable for all the fees and no refund of fees will be given.
